📝 Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all pre-orders placed with ActionCity Pte Ltd (“ActionCity”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a Singapore-based retailer of art toys and collectibles, whether purchased online or in-store.

By placing a pre-order, you (“you” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by the following terms:

All pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
We do not accept partial payments, deposits, or installment plans for pre-orders.

Pre-orders will be shipped to the delivery address you provide at checkout, unless stated otherwise.

Please ensure your address is complete and accurate — ActionCity is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Pre-order items are subject to the official release and shipping schedule provided by the supplier/manufacturer. Any estimated release or delivery date stated by ActionCity is for reference only and may be subject to change.

Delays may occur, and the official release and shipping timeline provided by the supplier/manufacturer shall be taken as the final reference.

ActionCity is not responsible for delays caused by the supplier/manufacturer, including but not limited to production delays, shipping delays, factory delays, or changes to the official release schedule.

Unless the item is officially confirmed as out of stock or cancelled by the supplier/manufacturer, delays will not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund of the pre-order.

ActionCity reserves the right of final decision in relation to pre-order arrangements.

Pre-orders are non-transferable.
You may not assign or transfer your pre-order to another individual or organization without prior written approval from ActionCity.

If a pre-ordered item arrives with a manufacturing defect, it is eligible for return or exchange under our Returns & Exchange Policy.

Please refer to that policy for full details on how to report and resolve such issues.

For pre-orders with an expected delivery of more than 3 months, we may contact you to reconfirm your shipping address before dispatch.

Please ensure your contact details are up to date. If your email, phone number, or address changes, notify us promptly at:

Failure to update your contact information or respond to address confirmation requests may result in shipping delays.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by outdated or unconfirmed contact details.

All pre-orders are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable once your order is confirmed. Please ensure that you are certain of your purchase before placing your order.
