International Shipping Policy

  • Estimated delivery times vary by destination country.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination.


💰 Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Shipping fees charged at checkout cover delivery services only.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country are not included.

  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Import requirements vary by country. Customers are encouraged to review local customs regulations before placing an order.


🛃 Stuck in Customs?

If your shipment encounters customs clearance delays:

  • Respond promptly to communications from your shipping carrier and provide any documentation required for customs clearance.

  • Contact your shipping carrier directly if your shipment remains held by customs.

  • Check with your local customs office to confirm whether any duties, taxes, fees, or other charges must be paid before release.

  • Ensure all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, tariffs, and other applicable charges are paid within the timeframe specified by customs authorities or the shipping carrier.

Failure to Clear Customs

  • Failure to provide required documentation, respond to customs requests, or pay applicable charges may result in the shipment being returned to sender, abandoned, confiscated, or destroyed by customs authorities or the shipping carrier.

  • In such circumstances, all amounts paid for the order, including the purchase price of the goods, shipping charges, and any other fees paid in connection with the order, shall be non-refundable.

  • No refund, credit, replacement, or compensation will be provided for shipments that are returned, abandoned, confiscated, or destroyed due to the customer's failure to complete customs clearance requirements.

  • Any additional costs arising from customs delays, storage, return shipping, disposal, abandonment, confiscation, or destruction of the shipment shall be borne solely by the customer.


🚚 Shipping Responsibility

  • Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, ActionCity is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, import regulations, carrier processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  • ActionCity will provide the documentation required for shipment dispatch; however, customs clearance decisions, procedures, charges, and processing times are determined solely by the relevant authorities in the destination country.

  • The customer assumes responsibility for complying with local import requirements and customs procedures.


🔁 Returns & Refunds

  • Our standard Return and Exchange Policy applies to international orders.

  • However, the Return and Exchange Policy does not apply to shipments that are returned, abandoned, confiscated, or destroyed due to the customer's failure to complete customs clearance requirements.

⚖️ Disputes & Governing Law

  • All international orders are governed by the laws of Singapore.

  • Any dispute arising from or relating to an international order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
