Return, Exchanges & Refunds

🔄 Return and Exchange Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving their order or making an in-store purchase. 📦🛍️


🧸 Limited Edition Collectibles

Please note that as the item(s) are limited edition collectibles, stock availability for exchanges cannot be guaranteed. ❗

If the item is unavailable for exchange, we reserve the right to offer a full refund of the original purchase price. 💰


🎁 Blind Box Collectibles

For Blind Box items with verified manufacturing defects, we will exchange the item for another unopened blind box from the same series. 🔁

If the original series is unavailable, customers may choose any other blind box of equal value as a replacement. 🎲

📦 Full Case Purchases – Replacement Policy

For customers who purchase a full case and encounter manufacturing defects or duplicate items, we will provide a replacement for the specific faulty or missing piece.

  • Replacement items will be issued as unboxed figures due to the nature of full case claims.

  • In cases of duplicates, we will exchange for the missing standard figure from the same series (excludes special or secret editions).

  • Requests must be accompanied by clear unboxing photos and proof of purchase to verify the claim.

This policy applies to both online and in-store blind box purchases.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

✅ The product is authentic
⚙️ The product has manufacturing defects (e.g., faults arising during production)
❌ The product is not as described
📦 The product is unused and in its original condition
🧾 A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation)

All returned items—whether purchased online or in-store—will be inspected 🕵️‍♂️ to confirm they meet the above criteria. If not, we reserve the right to decline the refund or exchange. 🚫

🌍 Additional Terms for International Orders

We gladly accept international return or exchange requests for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. However, due to the high cost and complexity of cross-border shipping, our process may differ:

📸 Please submit your request within 3 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.

✅ Once verified, we may offer one of the following resolutions based on product value and shipping cost:

  • A replacement item (shipped to you at our cost if feasible)

  • A partial refund or store credit (especially when return shipping is disproportionately high)

  • A return and full refund (only if justified based on cost-benefit)

💡 In cases where the cost of returning the product and sending a replacement exceeds a reasonable portion of the item's value, we may waive the return requirement and resolve the issue via refund or credit.

We always aim to provide a fair resolution while minimizing delays and unnecessary shipping. 📦


💵 Refunds

Refunds will be processed after the returned items are received and inspected, either in-store or by our returns team. 📬🔍

Please note that refunds will not include interest or any other charges you may have incurred, such as:

  • 💳 Credit card fees

  • 🔄 Exchange rate differences

  • ⌛ Opportunity costs
